With RealSoft – LTRC continues implementing phase two of the Public Transport Network Database project

The Land Transport Regulatory Commission (LTRC) in Jordan continues implementing the field survey in Ajloun Governorate for the routes and vehicles of the public transport network as part of the project’s second phase carried out by the commission in collaboration with RealSoft. The project aims to survey the land routes and evaluate land transport services in nine governorates, including Amman, Madaba, Ajloun, Karak, Tafila, Ma’an, Aqaba, Mafraq, and Balqa.

RealSoft’s team completed surveying routes and vehicles in Madaba Governorate last July. RealSoft had previously completed the first phase of the project in 2019. The public transport network survey data will provide indicators of the efficiency of public transport in Jordan, contributing to the sector’s development in the coming years.
