RealSoft and Sharjah Statistics Department Launch CPI Digital System

RealSoft Advanced Applications has launched an integrated digital system for the Consumer Price Index CPI for the Statistics Department in the Emirate of Sharjah, with field teams now collecting prices through tablets as part of a unified digital workflow.
The system provides tools for price data management, review, and automated index calculation. It enables the production of updated indicators used to measure inflation, analyze price movements, and monitor market changes. The platform also supports the statistical workflow from field collection to indicator production through structured and documented procedures.
RealSoft developed the system to cover sample management, field data collection, data review, validation rules, and CPI calculation. The move from file-based and manual procedures to a digital environment has reduced reliance on paper-based processing and improved the flow of data between field teams, reviewers, and analysts.
