RealSoft successfully completed the implementation of the “Modernization and Maintenance of the Educational Management Information System (EMIS) in Jordan” project, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and the Queen Rania Center for Education and Information Technology, and with the support of UNESCO.
RealSoft played a leading role in enhancing and strengthening the national education information system by implementing comprehensive improvements to the system’s functionality and efficiency, integrating advanced data, and developing enhanced reporting capabilities—significantly reinforcing the Ministry’s education data infrastructure.Among the key accomplishments was the successful integration and transfer of UNRWA education data into the Ministry’s EMIS database, ensuring data consistency, completeness, and accessibility across the national system. This milestone reflects RealSoft’s commitment to supporting unified data management practices and strengthening collaboration between the Ministry and its partners.
Throughout the project, RealSoft demonstrated exceptional technical capability and project management discipline, completing all assigned activities on time and to the full satisfaction of the Ministry of Education, UNESCO, and QRC. The team effectively addressed all technical and operational challenges through structured communication, continuous coordination, and proactive problem-solving, ensuring smooth project execution and high-quality results.
This successful collaboration marks a major step forward in enhancing the reliability, accuracy, and usability of the EMIS platform. The Ministry of Education, with the support of UNESCO and RealSoft, is now better positioned to leverage data-driven insights for improved planning, policy-making, and monitoring of Jordan’s education sector.
